I need help and fast! I have been waiting for over a year 16 months to get my meters changed because I’m disabled and can’t get out to get credit for these prepayment meters I finally got someone to help me and appointment was booked for today finally!! The engineer has came and fitted the electricity but says he’s not to change the gas !! I’ve have been getting emergency credit on this meter for months until there both changed the girl that was helping me Kirsty is leaving eon but said someone will that over the complaint when she leaves but hopefully won’t need to from today ! I’ve used almost all the credit sent out to me for gas thinking I don’t need to worry now about getting these through the post especially at Christmas always worrying I’ve no heating as I’ve been left without it for a few days before my cooker ect ! Absolute joke !! Now I’ve got to try and sort all this out once again after over a year and a half fighting for appointment to get it changed ! What am I supposed to do now ??
I just had a wee look at your account using the email connected with your community username. I can see that you have called in this morning and my colleague is looking into this and is due to give you a call back once he has spoken to the relevant department. I am sorry that this appointment hasn't gone as expected, I completely understand your frustration and how much stress this must be causing you, this seems to have been ongoing for such a long time 😢.
