Hi my name is Basaam, eon next gave me codes that are not working, I've been living past three days without electricity, I put the key in it says error:d4 then error:d6.
please help, im calling eon customer service,but they're taking like today 1hr and 30mins to answer. Thanks
You need to add more credit to the key. D2 is insufficient credit. You may need to check the meter to see there isn't any debt recorded from a previous tenant.
Use the A button to cycle through the screens. Screen S will show any outstanding debt. If there is and debt, take a photograph to send to customer services for a refund. Your top up should still work.

No, the code they gave you should have been put on a new key. This will simply reprogram the meter to clear the debt. You will still need to go out again and put your own credit on the key.
Take the latest key that gave you the D2 error, go top it up with some credit, and you should be ok. Check the S screen First to make sure the debt has been wiped.
