@Vonnie. I have done that. I have been on the phone for god knows how many times to only have the call cut off after 15 minutes. I am getting no response at all.
I have called them on many occasions n they cut me of, the worse time was on the wkend I had no gas as I topped up my card with £40 to the get bk home put the card in meter and it say card not accepted safe to say I was 🤬. I sat waiting for them to answer for 2hrs then it was 19.50pm when the final answered, they then said can I put u on hold while I get tho to the emergency team so I can have someone sent out to u, I said yes fine. Then I was cut off🤬🤬🤬. So then I rung them bk had to wait another 2hrs to get tho then when I get I have to explain all again n then they say oh it to late to get someone out to u now as it’s gone past 8pm, r u 🤬 kidding me, he says no u should have rang before 8pm I said look on ur system u will see I was just on the line n u cut me off. He was like well there’s nothing I can do at this time. So I had to go without gas for wkend. I was 🤬🤬🤬 I couldn’t cook anything, no hot water n no heatin when Iam on there priority list as I have health problems it’s a joke.
@DebF_EONNext it took nearly a week. I was not impressed with the service at all. Just glad I wasn't a very vulnerable person as they would probably have died of bloody cold as it was when it. Was severely cold.
