I did another energy shift yesterday 30/11 am invited to do another today 01/12, but not knowing whether I’m hitting my target is a bit discouraging.
Energy Shift results not received yet!

Hi I did my 1st energy shift on 15th November and as with some other people I was initially told I’d failed but then a couple of days later was told I’d achieved my goal. The next energy shift I did was last week on the 22nd Nov. and although I was told I’d get my results within 72 hours I didn’t, but I received another email on 29/11 saying they were still working it out. I am still waiting 168hrs later. Anyone else still waiting for their results?

I did one yesterday and got another invite to do one this evening which I have. But still not had results from yesterday either. Very odd isn't it.

@Phillippa. Hi Phillippa I didn't expect any results from yesterday as I am aware it does take a while for them to do the sums, but its been more than a week since 22/11 when I was told it would take 72 hours, which would have been perfectly acceptable to me.

@Lindylu Yes I got my results from last week pretty quick. We'll have to see how it goes.

@Yorkie I failed on last weeks mainly because I was reading the thingo wrong! Hopefully these last two I've passed?

I did the 22/11 event and still awaiting results. Interestingly the 22nd is the day they normally use my smart meter readings for my monthly bill. Guess what! I had to send manual readings! I wonder if there is a connection?
Truthfully I did receive an email on the 29/11 saying they were still working on the results. -
15/11 Energy Shift. I was told that I failed but according to my calcs I passed. No second email received. 😥
22/11 Energy Shift. I was told that I could earn £1.67 and the result was that I received a credit for £6.37 which makes no sense to me. 😀
30/11 Energy Shift. I'm waiting to hear.
01/12 Energy Shift. I'm waiting to hear.
Some customers are turning everything off and only using one lightbulb and are being offered only a few pence as reward.
I may have easy Energy Shift targets because I have electric vehicles which I can charge at peak times so I am given an easy target.
I do have my concerns that Energy Shift is CON. -

I am waiting for 2 results but assuming that this result is for Wednesday 30/11/2022 then typical usage was 1.45 kWh, target usage was 0.87 kWh and actual usage was 0.35 kWh.
I am also still waiting to be contacted after raising my concerns about this scheme from over 2 weeks ago.
For the next Energy Shift hour I will likely be charging 2 electric vehicles, cooking my dinner, boiling the kettle and playing on my Xbox. All activities that I can perform at other times for the same cost to me. -

I'm really confused about the whole thing, i got a email to take part and i did but got a email today saying i did a good job but not good enough so no saving. However, I cant see anywhere the usage, so whether I was near target or nowhere near. I'm stunned that I dudnr do ok as aside from the usual appliances, there was 2 lamps on and that was it, no TV, consoles, pc etc
so if thats the case i stood no chance.
It's great trying to save money this way but if you have no results to view how can this be fair
I'm very disheartened
