Quite possibly if that is what has happened, more likely to be a mistake rather than malicious intent. What the rules state and what actually happens oftentimes, sadly, do not always correlate. Like every SMETS1 meter must be migrated by 31/12/22 or replaced....also by 31/12/22, according to OFGEM.

Curious - today the "Credit Bal" figure had gone up by 29p. So with yesterday's rise of 28p it looks as though that is related to our daily standing charge of 28.484p
The "Meter Index" of m3 used still hasn't changed.
My IHD gas reading froze a few days ago and has not changed since. When I look at the actual gas meter the units are still counting so gas use is still being recorded.
My theory is that the gas meter is no longer talking to the hub. As 9th of the month is the usual day for my smart meters to send readings to my account it will be interesting to see if they both upload as normal.
That sounds like a plausible explanation for your symptoms.
We don't actually have an IHD - it's our outdoor meter that's not registering any usage. So I don't know how they will bill us - we've been trying hard to economise this winter so I'll be unhappy if they want to estimate our usage based on last year's figures.
Hopefully we'll get a response from Eon before too long...
