I have just checked my account statement and it says that a payment of £104.93 on Dec 1st hasn't yet been applied and is still pending, however, payment has gone through from my bank on 1 December a week ago.
Transactions on the account may take a while to show up. There seem to be some delays with updating the website and the app at the moment. Everything will be fine in the background, your bill has been paid and you don't need to worry. This seems to be happening to a lot of people right now. It will sort itself out eventually.
