Hi All, Ive been on the phone for an hour with an energy specialist trying to sort out my energy tarrif. Moved from house with single rate meter to bungalow with economy 7 tariff meter. There is no storage heating in bungalow and my daily rate tariff has not been transferred as promised. I have spent several hours on phone to EON and i keep getting 'disconnected' whilst on hold when energy specialist is discussing matters with colleagues. How can I speak to someone without having to wait on hold time and time again just to speak to someone and then get disconnected during said conversation. Many thanks for any assistance.
Unfortunately, there is no easy fix for that. Many call centres have a facility to phone you back immediately on the number you are calling in from if the call gets disconnected, but E.On Next don't seem to have that capability. You either have to just keep trying, or use other methods such as email or WhatsApp.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.

Thanks ever so much for the reply. Much appreciated. I'm furious. It's impossible to speak to anyone.
@JinxedI'd suggest you put your issue in writing by email. Include all the necessary data you have. Point out to them that you have been cut off while on hold (i usually make sure i have their name and that they have my number and to call me back if we get cut off - it helps sometimes).
It isn't an emergency situation, and it can all be backdated eventually. But if they mess you about be reading to make a complaint.
