Is it a 'smart' prepayment meter or a conventional one? If it's smart, your credits would have been applied automatically. No need for a physical voucher.
If conventional, are all your account details correct with E.On Next. Name, address, email, meter details etc.?
UNLESS E.On Next have all your details, they don't know who to send the vouchers to.

I think this been sorted...I spoke to eon today (as well as 5 times since beginning October) apparently I had 2 meters and one was credited with government grant.Eon credited to meter that's been disconnected since 2020..and now trying to credit to other meter.so should get grant soon..plus refund for what I been overcharged by 2 standing charges ..very confusing to be honest .but who I spoke to today was very helpful
