It sounds like you have gone into free vend mode which means that your meter is acting as a credit meter so you shouldn't go off supply. As you are still on supply at the moment then it isn't an emergency situation. In these circumstances it would be our energy specialists that would arrange to get this fixed for you. I can see from your post above that you have already contacted our energy specialists via WhatsApp please don't worry someone will get back to you and will help you it may just take a little longer than normal as we are extremely busy at the moment.
If for any reason you do go off supply (which you shouldn't) then please just get back in touch and let us know 😊
