I have spent more than 1 hour waiting on the phone, didn’t get anywhere and was then cut off so I'm going to try this forum now.

I'm extremely worried.
There is something seriously wrong with my account. Last week when I logged into your website it said I had a debit balance of -£25,713. Now when I log in it says -£4,736 with no explanation as to why the balance has changed.
Neither of these numbers are correct. There is a problem with our meter as reported to you in October.
Last week a technician from e.on was supposed to come and test the meter but they arrived to only fit a smart meter.
They told me it was important the meter was tested first but they didn’t have the equipment to do the test so they left again.
How do I arrange an appointment for someone to come and test the meter? What am I supposed to do with this bill?
In the meantime please can you confirm that my electricity supply will continue? I’m an OAP and extremely worried about this false outstanding balance on my account.
P.S. I also now see all the Messages in my account have disappeared. How do I get those back?
