We bought a house in scotland where the power is off. Being trying for 6 weeks to get an appointment for reconnection. Had phone calls and wrote emails since the end of october. Nobody from eon next answers or calls back as promised. We are slowly despairing. Are there government agencies that I can turn to for help ?
No re-connection to electricity since 6 weeks

Level 104-12-22No, we don´t live in the property..we bought it as a holiday home. It´s a renovation object and unoccupied since years. Our first contact with the customer service was on the 26th of october. I already paid the 91.60 for the re-connection, but I´ve been waiting for the promised call back for a long time now. -
