Still not received the November voucher for pre payment meters.. is this normal? I know the excuse of Royal Mail strikes will be used but it’s nearly December and we’re still waiting
What is 'normal'?! As this is only the second voucher...you know?!
To be honest, they are late. End of.
You could drop an email to hi@eonnext.com to chase it up. Put 'PAYG Missing Voucher' in the subject and your account details in the body.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
@GeorginaS I still haven't received mine, response by email is as non-existent as the vouchers. I managed to get a reply through Facebook but yes they will just quote the royal mail strikes, they then offered to re-issue the voucher but said it could take up to 3 weeks. Surely, they could just send digitally but that's just too much common sense, i guess!
I’m still waiting to get my voucher for this month I’ve had to use the emergency twice waiting for the voucher to arrive. It was late last month as well though and they said it was because of the Royal Mail strikes so I’m hoping that it arrives next week.
make a complaint - you might get some compensation if nothing else. But you will get the voucher benefit eventually, but relying on them to arrive on time given past experience seems to be a sub optimal plan. Why they can't issue them by email is beyond me - perhaps the rules don't allow it.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
@retrotecchie Thank you I will do that I will have a look at the receipt on my last one to figure out what it arrived I seem to remember it being the 2nd week of November because of the strike.
