I’m starting to get right annoyed not one person since Thursday on what’s app has even replied! I was told because a engineer didn’t appear twice I was to get £30 each time compensation so guy on what’s app Chris said he’d send out £38 credit on my meter and £30 each for my gas and electricity I got one for £28 for gas but not the rest no reply to find out where the other 2 are ?? What’s app is apparently the best abs quickest way to contact eon ?!? I need help here
Hi. In my experience, the best way to get through to anyone is to either phone customer services at 9am on the dot, or to send an email to hi@eonnext.com with all your details. If you put 'Missed Appointment Compensation' in the subject line, that will help it on it's way to the right team.

Sorry I’d rather just speak to someone that works for eon next no offence x cards weren’t even sent out as stated and it’s been added to my complaint of many on going complaints with this company thanks I know your trying to help but you get me 🤷🏿♀️
