Despite regular meter readings I have bot had an updated bill sin ce September - I have deleted and reloaded the app

A few folks have said that but I suspect it's particular platforms or browsers. Both are fine with Chrome on Android, Chrome and Edge on Windows. For me, anyway. I'm on the app right now looking at my bill as I submitted my fortnightly read today. -

If not let us know, it sounds like your bill might be stuck, don't worry it's an easy fix.. sometimes it can happen if a read has been estimated or inputted in wrong and needs to be verified. If you've checked online and can't see an issue just pop us a line either via Twitter, Facebook to say
' I've not had a bill for September, here are my latest reads could you see what's happened for me. My account number is... My address is... Email address...' Or if you prefer give us a call 📞 as I said it's something we should be able to sort quickly for you.
