I’ve been trying for two days, can’t get through online or per telephone! Sent an email no reply! I’m a smart paygo customer and my gas is very low! I able to use emergency credit tonight, but my running costs are not going to last more than 1 day. I have health probs so need heating on all day!
just so frustrated! When you go to their page, it says,” we’ve got your back covered “, but can’t get into an account etc!
looks like it’s going to be a hard slog getting anywhere!
