Ok, our friend here has been given a voucher for the old meter, but has had the meter changed to a smart one. Any way we can get the voucher value credited to the new meter?

By the way, the into sheet I've linked to is just the meter bit. There will be another unit fitted to it on the top which is the comms hub. That's the bit you got the SKU1 etc off, I expect.

@gixerp - how did you get on finding the other rate? And to answer the voucher query, we can reissue these for you. You'll need to get in touch with an Energy Specialist by phone/social media/whatsapp and they can reissue the voucher for you. 😊
Yes I have just had test run. . . . Its a bit Faffy, but the info is kinda there. . . I can get to the costs per kw , and also the usage reading (I think), in another part of the menu (Thanks to @retrotecchie 's guide).
As for the Voucher, do you know where I can get the whatspp info from?. . . I think that would be the best way to contact them for me
