Can anybody clarify this that eon next we’re giving £50 incentives to customers who were on previous eon pre payment meters, as just received today without any knowledge, bit strange as thinking can anybody top up on your account online without knowledge.
ITS not an incentive if its already been applied to your account. So, I presume it's a promise to give you £50 when you make the change.
Tell me if I've got it wrong.

No I phoned them up they didn’t have clue then spoke to some one else named sannah who said that they were giving £50 incentive for people who were on old pay as you go who moved over to smart pre payment, which I have never heard off and that I qualified for in !!!
Sounds like a scam to me, but I might be wrong. Did they answer the phone in less than 20 minutes? If so, likely nor Eon but a reseller trying to earn some commission...

No some one topped up £50 in to my smart pre payment meter, I got text legit text saying I have topped up £50 , then my smart meter was topped up, I phoned up eon next they didn’t have clue ,but what was strange when I emailed eon the girl dawn said no they cannot see who topped up ,l Which is a lie, so I phoned them and she answered the phone dawn !! who works in eon, she said on phone that we can not check who tops up, but I wanted to speak to a manager then as she tried to transfer me phone got cut off, so I rang back and girl called sannah said after investigation that I got a £50 incentive from eon next for transferring from eon pay as you go and that the offer has finished now!! Before all this any free £50 credit from eon next but nothing!
