Just to set your expectations, I'm pretty sure the Energy Shift team are Mon-Fri so I would expect an answer from them Monday sometime. I'm in then too so can always give them a nudge. 😊
Hi @Beki_EONNext, thanks for up taking this issue about the Energy Shift. A few customers have received emails to correct their Energy Shift results but so far I haven't heard anything. There is another Energy Shift this evening and so it would be great to have an update.
@Actual - they haven't responded to my questions. I suggest, do the Energy Shift anyway as you did previously, and the team are going to look into it regardless. If they need to edit both, they will. 😊
I think 'doing the energy shift' is worthwhile - I received £3.90 last week and aim to achieve the same tonight. For me it equates to a full day of leccy for minimum effort on my part.
@Cosmo59 I understand what you mean, but with 65,000 people doing the Energy Shift with E.ON Next, the impact is massive! Octopus, for example, had 200K homes and that was the equivalent of taking a city like Leicester off the grid for 1 hour. That's a massive difference in consumption.

Although 65,000 is the equivalent to almost the entire county of Ceredigion...so it's an achievement in my book!
Mind you, if you took us off the grid for an hour, most of us would just think it was one of our routine power cuts.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
@retrotecchie I've just heard that our first test event on 15 Nov, with only a small number of E.ON Next customers, 70% of them received money off their energy bill and E.ON Next customers saved the equivalent energy of powering a 50w TV for 17 years!
