Hi I am overseas at the moment and need to contact customer service. I have tried emailing and all I get is a reply saying I need to call customer service, but I can't call a freephone number from overseas. There is no UK number listed on the website and the email support team seem unable to help. I am also surprised there isn't live chat service as I am sure I could get the specific information I need very quickly rather than siting on hold for tens of minutes.
you are not the first person in this predicament. The only thing I can suggest is using What's App to try and contact, and explain you are overseas.
