Hello - I have a prepayment meter and received my government voucher for £66 in the first week of October. I haven't received one since - does anyone know when this will be paid please? I received the first voucher by post.

Timings will vary, but the intention is to have all vouchers out to customers by 11 working days from the start of the month. That cannot be guaranteed thanks to industrial action with the Post Office, but rest assured your voucher should be well on the way. If you haven't received it in the next few days, try contacting Customer Services, but hopefully that shouldn't be necessary.

Appreciate this was posted a while ago, I'm so sorry to hear what had happened. During this time, there were expected delays but hopefully this was resolved for you very quickly and if you have any feedback, you're welcome to share! 😊
