I note a number of threads regarding high sugggested DD amounts when account is in credit - I have the same issue and would like to move to variable DD. Please can someone assist in how you achieve this?
My fixed cost period has come to an end and the IHD has inconveniently stopped working at the same time - coincidence, maybe? Regardless, it has not been able to connect to our meters for a week now so we have noidea how much our new rate is costing on a daily basis.
I cannot wait on hold on the phone system any longer than I already have - hour plus every day. The whatsapp service you push responded initially, confirming they would connect me to a DIgital Energy Specialist - last Wednesday (i'm still waiting). I've had no success with Twitter either.
I had to wait for two weeks to get to chat on WhatsApp after the initial response you too have had. Hopefully you won’t have to wait so long but it’s good to be prepared to have to wait until next week.
You can then deal with the IHD not working and the change to variable DD on the same chat.
