Fact is that I can reduce my payment by 10% on the website but that's not what I want. I want to stop my payments completely for 2 months. I have 4 months credit on my account and I have just had to fork out 500 quid on new specs!
@2old4rap I'm still waiting for a response to two queries that I raised in the first week of October. Other people seem to be having more luck on the phone, if you're able to take an hour or two out of your day.
Sorry about that interlude. I wanted to advise you of the best way to contact customer service in these busy times but mistakenly replied to Mr. Angry who, rather than accept someone was genuinely trying to help out and politely point out my error, hit me with sarcasm. Sometimes you wonder why you bother.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
