@meldrewreborn It would be usually, if the email address signed up to the Community with was linked to their energy account...in this case it isn't so I can't look further.

on the forum we can’t see any person to person communication -quite correctly. But if there is little or no reference in a publicly visible post, we haven’t a clue what is going on. It’s dangerous to assume anything as that can make an ass of u and me, so to be on the safe side I work on the basis that the matter is unresolved until I know otherwise. @retrotecchie If there is a 'best answer' to a question, these come up with the tick and these work really well when an answer to a query has been answered correctly. Perhaps Debs was too modest to mark her own best answer 😅
I like your suggestion... It's a tricky one, as we are a support forum rather than a service one and so the 'resolved' term could confuse members.

@meldrewreborn this does make sense 😊 Although if you see further up the thread I did reply to Chloe86 letting her know I would be in take a look when I got in later that evening obviously as you mention we can't discuss individual accounts in the public eye due to GDPR. I do try to give an update where I can though but if you are ever unsure just ask me 😊
