Smart meter showing wrong tariff from a fix that ended in June.
i then moved to a new fix and now the government set rates but the smart meter IHD is showing the old rates from the original fix which ended in June.
I need tariff update to be pushed through because my IHD is showing incorrect rates.
Have contacted eon next on phone about this but they haven't got back to me as promised or solved the problem.
Please anyone on here who works for eon next can you please get your team to do the overnight update my IHD?
Unfortunately the staff on this forum are unable to update IHDs any more. Only Customer Service can do it, we're told. I sent a WhatsApp and then just forgot about it as it takes a couple of weeks to get a response. I'm afraid a great deal of patience is required.
