yes I saw you post and gave it a thumbs up. I was just pointing out that the volunteers had done the graft, but can’t effect change - only E.On Next staff can do that, which is after all what they are paid to do, once we can actually get them involved, which is harder than we might like.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
Well done to all involved, nothing worse than banging your head against a wall.
I hope many others are gain some direction reading these threads and others.
Gold Star to Becky for going the extra mile.
@Lampshade I've sorted it out completely for you now and the payment holiday has been applied.
Whilst I still like to make members aware this is not a customer service platform, where there is feedback, concerns or issues for E.ON Next, we do get involved and investigate what's going on. Together, Community members and the team have the ability to drive change. 😊

It's a bit like buses - you wait forever and then 2 or 3 come together - i got a text this morning with a WhatsApp code to prioritise my call if I need it ... oh the timing! Anyway thanks to all of you I won't need it.
What I would love to know is the outcome of investigations by the tech teams and whether what happened to me was a glitch unique to me or whether it was affected other customers also - even if they didn't know it! If my taking a stand/being really thorough etc will help others that will be fab - although of course better still if it wasn't needed at all
Anyway, thanks again! I'm not sure what you mean about fixing the tag issue - looks like it's something about tags for your team but I'm not sure in relation to what. Gotta go but thanks to all!
