My account is in credit by £900 and I would like the amount returning. I emailed the email for this. But heard nothing. I called the number several times, held on for ages and ages and.......ages. How do I make contact to have the money refunded. I am 88 years old and would like the process made easier as this is proving very challenging and causing a lot of upset.
