I sent an email to hi@eonnext.com on the 29th September 2022 to transfer the FiT to my name after recently buying a house. This email had all the details required to ensure this happens. I followed up with this email on the 14th October 2022 and today have been on hold for an hour to the E.On Next FiT telephone number (0808 501 5218)
Can anybody advise please? Happy for someone from E.On Next to PM me so I can share details. I just want this transfer sorted as it's the last bit of admin I need to do.
Customer Service are extremely difficult to contact at present but I think all you can do is persevere through any means.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
