It should be there as I understand it is an OFGEM requirement to display this information.

@Electric1 are you able to confirm if you've checked this part on your latest bill online (the PDF copy of the bill) to see if the info is showing there or not?
I did check the pdf bill it’s not there and even on the website powercut105 my home post code comes back with error. I reached out to eon WhatsApp group again and they still says they don’t have the info 😞
This a legal requirement to inform customers, but the suppliers are only obliged to do it once in every 12 month period from 01 October each year, apparently. The only suggestion is to keep an eye on your next few bills.
