Emergency Meter - no response customer service

    Hi,
    I have a broken gas meter which needs an engineer to come fix/replace. I can't get hold of Eon to arrange this and am still waiting for my messages/emails to be responded to from 9 days ago - the phones aren't answered and I have tried all the contact options they have listed.
    Any suggestions?

    They don't seem to recognise a non-functioning gas meter as an emergency so long as gas is flowing. I' d make a complaint now (see bottom of page blue section) pointing out that any assessment of usage based on last years (by different) occupants would be invalid and the meter exchange needs to happen quickly before the cold weather is upon us.

    If you phone 09:00 has been recommended many times without people coming back an saying it doesn't work. Not tried it myself though.
    Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and think the smart meter programme is a waste of our money. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
