You have sent me a reminder that my tariff is coming up for renewal, and you have quoted me NEXT FLEX where the rate seem to be a lot higher than the Gov cap. The rates quoted are gas standing charge 28.48 and the kwh being 14.75. The electric being standing charge 43.26 and the kwh being 51.32. We have smart meters fitted and are not on Economy 7 meter.
i need to know the correct figures due to me looking to change suppliers. I have tried ringing but nobody seems to want to answer the telephone.

Those rates seem wrong and not to incorporate the EPG reductions Try these - I think you're in the North west.
