Has anyone else got this issue? I’m still awaiting to be sent to energy grant vouchers, it’s nearly the middle of October I’m getting told different things on live chat, really annoying
Hey @Aud1, if you get in touch with our energy specialists they will be able to check if your vouchers have been sent out for you and they will be able to re-issue of they have been lost in the post. Please keep in mind there have been some delays due to Royal Mail postal strikes. 😊

@Wigglez same here ive been told to get in touxh again next week and they will re issue where it will probably get lost again or take 3 weeks to come be so much easier to receive a code to be scanned at the post office by text or email than a voucher in the royal mail strikes
Given the problems exposed elsewhere, can you confirm that you are registered with E.On next for that address? Great if you are , not so great if you're not.
