Many people are having the same problem regarding making contact. If you have only tried in the last week or so then the delay in getting a response is understandable due to the backlog of queries resulting from the changes on 1st October.
If you have been trying for months then that is unacceptable and warrants a complaint. You will be more successful if you have kept evidence of the contact trail.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -

I am really sorry to hear about your issue. We are extremely busy on all our platforms since the end of August and we are trying our best to reach out to all of you. In the mean time, if you like, feel free to give us some more details when it comes to what hasn't been billed, gas or electric or both. Have we been receiving meter readings ? Do you pay with Direct debit ?

@Bennie_EONNext The issue relates to electricity. Meter readings have been sent by me and i continue to pay by D/D.
I have not received a bill since the last one on May 23rd. After that I had a meter exchange which apparently was missed.
I have forwarded photos 3 times but still nothing done. We are pensioners in our 70s and extremely worried. -

so when the meter exchange didn’t happen they didn’t schedule a new date?
make a formal complaint.Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -

Ah my mistake. So you.ve got a smart meter that hasn't been commissioned?
If you use the citizens advice smart meter checker, what response do you get?

In ant even its not good enough - a formal complaint is necessary.
