We always recommend that customers use their online portal to manage their accounts you can do so much from there including manage your payments, direct debits, make one off payments, submit & view previous readings, download bills, manage your tariff and tell us you have moved home! Customers can access their online portal 👉 HERE 👈 using the email address registered on your E.ON Next account 😊

well I’ve been to the online portal. Once in there I cannot change my direct debit, i cannot manage my payments, I cannot change my tariff, I have nearly £1000 in credit which I cannot manage, other than that it’s what I expect, pretty basic.
