Some payments have to be made within 5 working days from the start of the month whilst those on traditional prepayment meters are required to receive vouchers within 11 working days. We are still at 4 working days. What exactly is your point?
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
