@Heather24 the same has happened to me. Eon have not taken my DD due on 1st October. It's supposed to be reduced to take account of the government subsidy. Should I just wait and see if they take the correct amount in the next few days?

Level 1909-10-22If a DD was not taken on 1st October, I very much doubt it will be taken now if it does not show on your account as pending. Give them a ring on Monday at 9.00am when you should not have to wait too long

Level 309-10-22@Alison2429 they didn't take my direct debit in March and when I got in touch with them about it, they told me to make a one off payment and the direct debit resumed in April. So this is the second time they've not taken it. I sent a twitter message to them on Monday and had no response and no direct debit has been taken. My account shows it is next scheduled for 1st November. I have received the subsidy to my account now though.
If you're concerned then maybe worth trying to contact them.
