I moved from a fixed tariff to a standard variable tariff at the end of July. My smart meter is still displaying the previous tariff. I would like to see my current tariff with the most recent daily rate and standing charge, so I can budget more easily.
I use an Economy 7 meter with same rates for both day and night usage (single rate config), because I don't use enough at night for it to be economical. The smart meter in question is a Chameleon SEDv3 Credit SMETS1 version. Could you help me with my predicament, please?
I have tried contacting Customer Services, but all they can see is the default standard variable Economy 7 tariff, which is unsuitable. @theunknowntech recommended I contact you for assistance.

No need to worry, my smart meter has been updated with the new tariff.

I think that @theunknowntech was advising you to contact customer service again in this post here to ask them to issue the SMETS Command Update Tariff Configuration and to tell them he sent you, as ''it might give them that nudge''.
Or have you already done that?
