With everything at E.on a real mess over the past few days/weeks has anybody actually received a statement on their on line account as at the end of September or 1st October. They have billed me but no statement is shown to check their calculations. I have e mailed them asking the question

No my statement comes at the end of the month. I'm certain by 31 Oct it will all be correct - my DD notification shows the government discount!Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -

I received my usual statement for the period 1st-30th September after having given customer manual reads on 1st October - statement delivered on 2nd October. Account showing the gas and electricity transactions but no sign of the £67 but there again the DD not due until 17th October (should be £0 as less than BEIS £67) No smart readings on my bill this time although the previous 3 statements did have smart meter readings.Last edited by Mailman; 05-10-22 at 15:53.
