I am on a V14 fixed till June. Paying by DD each 5th of the month. My DD is only £57.54 and, after price guarantee changes, I am due to pay about £54pm. (I know, very light user as on my own in a 1 bed flat and rarely home). Now, reading everything from Eon, they state that my DD would be reduced (it has, to £0) and that I would receive the govt subsidy into my energy account "automatically" on my regular DD date (this would replace my DD and add a credit of roughly £12 to my account). BUT..... It is now the 5th and have NOT received the credit, in fact I have heard exactly nothing from Eon.

Be patient. Since the money will go to your energy account it really matters not whether it goes in today, tomorrow or next week. While the handling of this has been extremely poor, given that this aspect of the changes has been known about for months, I'm sure it will be sorted quite soon and as Corporal Jones used to say (while panicking) "don't panic, don't Panick"
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and think the smart meter programme is a waste of our money. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

It will happen. A little more patience is needed until everything is properly in place.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
