I have just checked my Meter Reading History online and on the E.ON Next app. The latest reading shown is for 29-Sep (Smart reading - normal monthly reading). The extra 1-Oct reading that I was told would be automatically pulled from the Smart Meter is not shown. When should the 1-Oct reading appear?
(I know the meter is communicating with the DCC as my SmartThings app is showing hourly usage data up to 1am yesterday (3-Oct). The eon next app is showing no usage data for October.)
I think there is an issue with the app, hopefully temporary, as I also have no usage data for October (but my IHD is showing daily/weekly usage although pricing is all over the place) - hoping for an update on why this is the case soon. I am due a "statement" on 5th of the month, so hoping tomorrow or next day that is uploaded so I can check what is now happening with the price changes. On a positive note, my DD was automatically reduced by the £67 credit for this month at least.....
