So I've had my bill and there's a section that says
next flex

2nd Oct 10348 customer read
3rd Oct 10407 start meter read
Energy used (day) 64 9 KWH @48.44 p/KWH £31.41

2nd Oct 3465 customer read
Energy used(night) 1.9KWH @48.44 KWH 92p
EPG 1.9 kWP @ 17.00p -32p

Only thing I can think that I did differently during those days was use the lawn mower and I did a quick was at 30 degrees 2 quick washes at 60 and a 60 wash to clean the washing machine at 60 which took approximately 2 hours.
Does this seem about right it looks alot 2 me.
The rest of my bill looks correct
Hypothetically, if your washing machine used 2 kW per hour, and it's nothing like that at all, and you did 3 washes for 2 hours each, that would be 12 kWh in total. You've used 58 kWh between the 2nd and 3rd of October so something isn't right @Deviljane666. Assuming that cutting the grass used two and you usually use 3 in a normal day, that still leaves 41 kWh unaccounted for. That's the equivalent of boiling a kettle constantly for over 12 hours.
It may be worth considering the Bright app I mentioned because you can look back at your usage down to 30 minutes. What was the previous smart meter read on your previous bill?
Looking again at your bill details @Deviljane666, is it possible that you've misread the meter? I'm asking because both your Day and Night readings include the numbers '34', it may just be a coincidence but to be sure I'd suggest getting previous bills out that show smart meter reads and check what you've used between the smart meter reads.
@Andy65 so one of my bills says
10079.9 to 10279.3 thats augusts bill
then if i go from the 3rd sept to the 3rd oct its
10282 to 10407 does this look about right to you?
@Andy65 I'm thinking it is correct now but my usage is higher than August's. In August because I work in a school we are at home most of the time so my bill came to £50.27 with gas and electric, now this month its £64.82 my son has been off school for 7 days and for 4 of thise days I did put the heating on fir a few hours in the morning and a few hours at night whereas in August the heating wasn't on at all plus my fixed tariff was up on the 30th of Sept so I'm thinking it's probably right?
your bills will show consumption (estimated or actual) and prices, hopefully at the correct rates. Only by checking in detail can a verdict be raised on their correctness, but you have a plausible theory right enough.

@Andy65 I don't think I've read the meter wrong, I'm wondering could it have that the meter hadn't updated? I'm going to call them in a bit and just check as I've been out now to check the meter and it hasn't moved since early this morning and we've had a few lights on I've boiled the kettle and the electric shower has been on

I would think that those two months look like 'normal' usage although we all use different amounts so what is normal or average!
I can only guess but based on that and comparing it to your latest bill then I don't think that there's a problem.
For peace of mind it might be worth contacting Customer Services but they may take some time to get back to you at the moment.
So ivevrang eon and they said I have used that amount, thinking about it I sent a meter reading in on the Sunday morning about 6 o'clock they've took a reading yesterday and it was alot, they said it's most likely because I've run my washing machine at 60 degrees for a little more than 4 hours and 15 minsI and a 30 min wash at 30 degrees, and the lawn mower, cause today the usage for yesterday seems correct, so if it is that then I'm never ever doing that again, I'm going to check for a few days the daily usage, he said it won't be the smart meter at fault and that I definitely used that amount of electricity
I'm thinking for definite that it must've been those things I did on the Sunday as I checked the meter reading this morning and it said 10410 on Sunday it was 10407.9, I've just been out and checked it again and it's saying 10410.5 and we've had showers Monday and today and used the normal TV amount computer charging phones etc so that usage looks about right to me and it going up from 10348 on the 2nd to 10407 on the 3rd has hot to ne the washing machine usage lawn mower etc
