I’m a little confused and as yet have had no response from E.On to my Query.
I fixed my energy prices earlier this year on a 12 month fixed deal. To my understanding regardless of what else was happening my unit rates were therefore set in stone. I logged in at the weekend and compared my current rates to my bill generated only the day before and my unit rates have both increased
The tariff prices on your bill DO NOT include 5% VAT whereas the tariff prices on your account are VAT inclusive. That is the difference. You are paying exactly the same and will be unaffected by the EPG provisions for fixed tariffs as your rates are below the notified cap EPG levels.
See the reply from @Mailman. The difference is VAT, the screenshot from the app states that it includes VAT, on your bill it's added at the bottom as a separate line.

I do apologise as I believe the part highlighted in the above post is probably wrong. The first part is still correct re VAT.
Your v14 tariff see gas rates below the cap so they should be unaffected. Your electricity rates of 39.84p/kWh (inc VAT) though are above the electricity cap so I would expect Eon Next to reduce your electricity rates down to whatever the cap rate is for your region.
