As someone who lives with anxiety and depression and needs heating because I have Raynaud's syndrome it's not good.
I'm supposedly on the priority register, obviously does not give me priority in speaking to anyone or getting this shambles explained!!
Please don't worry. The online accounts are taking time to update. Your billing will be correct and all will be well soon.

We're updating our prices to reflect the government's Energy Price Guarantee.
Please note that your bills will be correct but the changes are taking longer to reflect in your online account. You don't need to do anything as we are working hard to get this updated.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Well is seems like that was a blatant lie. My tariffs have just updated online and instead of the 34p price guarantee the electricity tariff has been set to over 41p! It looks like everyone should have moved onto the variable instead of fixed:
