I also saw this and can't say I'm surprised! They are allegedly still working on it and say our bills will be correct, but confidence is low. We should all claim compensation for the stress they are causing, there is no excuse for why they have failed to update accounts to the correct EPG tariffs. They have had a few weeks to sort it out, but now appear to be in a last-minute frenzied chaos mode. Other companies seem to have managed to get it right, so why can't Eon Next?

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -

What a complete shambles. Never had much trouble with eon until last week - they just billed me and it was OK. Started with trying to change DD amount after realising it didn't reflect the £67 energy discount - and in process of trying to sort that out, every day seems to bring another problem - then you realise there is no real help from anybody in the company to sort it out - and if you do get somebody, it seems 50/50 chance they'll actually make your problem worse!
All in all I'd give this company a rating of ZERO
