So, EON Next have had weeks to prepare for the EPG and today everyone's tariffs are incorrect. Since the rebranding of this organisation, it has become a complete shambles and this is the last straw for me, after over 15 years of being a customer. No information on the website regarding this issue and EON would have known yesterday that this was going to happen. It's about time we did away with all these energy companies and went back to regional suppliers.
Same here. Wrong price cap tariff on my online account. A different Wrong tariff on my meters and no £66 credit to my account which should be showing today.
I fully agree that it’s been very badly handled. There have been assurances but little practical information. One can only hope that for accounting reasons, they had to go to the OFGEM figures first before applying the EPG discount. But they’ve had ample opportunity to tell it’s customers what was going to happen, and they didn’t. I would remind everybody that if their DD is taken at too high a level then they can call their bank and get it reversed under the DD guarantee.
