I’m hoping someone has a similar issue or knows about this!

I changed my DD on Thursday by increasing it from £70 to £98 as recommended by Eon.

Before this I had the message to say from 06/10 my DD would be decreased by the correct amount for the government scheme which was fine.

Since increasing my DD as recommended - it now says from 06/10 I’ll be paying exactly the same £98?? So I’m not being given any reduction? Is this a glitch? I’m hoping so!!!

They a lot messed up and confusing people with new payment. They was respond me one day on Whatsapp that's this government support will be in our accounts credited between 7 -15 days from first October. Crazy
