Mines the same too, Eon Next should have the courtesy to at least post a notice on their website that they are aware of the issue and are dealing with it! They have scared loads of customers unnecessarily by their failure to act. I spent over an hour on hold on the phone yesterday, only to be told the correct rates on my tariff are 32.2p per unit for electricity and 10.2 p per kwh for gas, but they are still showing 50p for electricity and 14.4p for gas on my account today, so they have not done anything about the issue yet, even though they know about it! Someone on another thread said they were told by Eon next the computer had automatically increased the tariffs to the pre-Energy Price Guarantee rates, but someone has to input the rates onto the computer, so why have they not updated the said computer to show the Energy Price Guarantee rates? We should all claim compensation for the distress they are causing.

I noticed that too. I also see there is now a purple shaded box on the log in page saying our bills will be correct etc, so hopefully they are taking urgent action to correct their errors, probably because of the deluge of complaints they will have received.
It has scared a lot of people for sure but hopefully you now feel better in the knowledge that your online account page just hasn't updated to the correct amount yet.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
