I received one email on 28/9/22, and it showed just my electricity price, no mention of the gas price, but they sometimes send them separately. I rang them on 29/9/22 regarding the gas price but no email, (waited for an hour in a queue), when they answered they confirmed the gas price over the phone, and sent an email late evening on 30/9/22, so it's possible they could still be in the process of sending them.

I haven't received any emails reference prices. I am using both gas and electricity without knowing what it will cost. Ok I can go off the Ofgen information and make approximate adjustments for my region. My online account is useless. My SMART Meter has the completely wrong tariffs. And it's day 2!

You’re ok - you know roughly what is to come. Just as I do - and without any benefit of a smart meter.Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -
Like many, I have received no email or letter and my online account and IHD still show my previous, very high, tariffs. Fortunately, I can just look at my usage on my IHD in kWh and apply the general EPG rates to get an idea of what it's costing me. In truth I'm just multiplying the amount I see in £££s by 0.7 which is roughly what the new EPG rate is against my current rate. That's close enough for the time being. I have made no contact with customer service as I thought it would just confuse things further.
I'm being optimistic that all will be ok with my billing in the end but I have to be honest and now say that this has been so shambolic so far that I'm worried ever more mistakes will be made by Eon Next, the staff of whom must by now be under enormous pressure to get this sorted post-haste.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -
is it wrong to assume that “working hard” is one spotty work experience lad eating pizza inputting numbers 1 digit every hour? -

@sc489
when I checked on Saturday morning I found that my unit rate for electricity was a 50.88 and for gas 14.67!!
this seems staggering to me and I put it on my Facebook page, e one of my Facebook followers told me that the government had capped it at 34 pence for electricity and 10.8 on gas.
I emailed eon next, I've heard nothing.
Tried phoning, can't speak to anyone, I've messaged them on what's app, nothing!! 😔
I've also noticed that in the app it's no longer telling me my usage either since Saturday, coincidence?
I don't think so! 🤔 -
@Porshacat
The rates shown on your online account still need to be updated. There are some issues but they are being addressed. We have been assured that our bills we be correct so please try not to worry.
This is what it says on the online account...
We're updating our prices to reflect the government's Energy Price Guarantee.
Please note that your bills will be correct but the changes are taking longer to reflect in your online account. You don't need to do anything as we are working hard to get this updated.
