Hi, I was wondering if someone can advise, I’ve had an account set up now on about the 23rd Sep and I was able to log on and submit the meter reading before the reading period closed. However, I don’t know what happens next, what sort of timescale should I expect in terms of checking this and a payment being made? Is it days? weeks? months? Can’t seem to find details on it anywhere
