Need to know my account details

    Hi All,

    I have moved to a new address as a tenant and using a prepaid Key Payment meter as suggested by my landlord.

    I get a customer copy of the payment receipt from PayPoint where I see the following details:
    ED1005508560717
    STS Key Payment: 005/090/202034

    With the above information, can I get my account number?

    Is there a way to get a Smart Meter?

    How can I get the £400 energy bill discount that the Govt has announced?

    can't answer the first point.

    you should be able to get a smart meter. via customers services or your account once you can access it. However, if you mean that you want a credit rather than a prepayment meter then Eon next have refused many other customers using a variety of excuses none of which made any sense to me - other than they don't want to do it.

    the £400 for prepayment customers will be delivered via vouchers for pre-payment customers.
    Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
