Has anyone else had problems submitting their quarterly Feed in Tariff meter readings? The last three times I have tried using the link after logging into my account and failed every time! I have had to resort to Messenger and WhatsApp but a reply is never guaranteed!
Unfortunately this is a bad time to seek support from customer service. The changes coming on 1st October and resulting confusion means many customers are struggling to get a response from what must be an overwhelmed team.
If you have left messages with them then you will need some patience waiting for a response. Someone posted earlier that they got through on the phone after 30 minutes but it’s just hit and miss.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
